Wendy Sue Lyttle, CSP, CAE
Principal
Wendy Sue
has been an active agent for progressive development in the
not-for-profit sector since the mid 90’s. She is a strategist bringing
her extensive experience in membership marketing, stakeholder,
volunteer and partner relationships, and board governance. She holds a
certificate in ‘Reinventing Strategic Planning to Deliver Customer
Value’ from the Centre for Strategic Management in partnership with
the University of San Diego as well as two designations – Certified
Association Executive (CAE) and Certified Sales Professional (CSP)
A dynamic and motivating individual with a passion for assisting
volunteer associations to grow revenues, Wendy has earned solid
credentials in key roles. With the Canadian Professional Sales
Association (CPSA) for seven years, Wendy contributed to program
development, initially as Director, Member Benefits. Then as Director
of Sales for the association, she spearheaded the introduction of the
only sales certification program in North America to Corporations
through the CPSA Sales Institute which now has over 3000 certified
sales professionals.

Wendy joined the national Canadian Society
of Association Executives in 2000 as Director of Membership and
Professional Development. She raised the bar for membership growth and
retention and took the Certified Association Executive (CAE) program
to its next level with upgraded course curricula and delivered as an
online distance-learning program.

Board Roles:
Wendy was recently reappointed for a third term by a Provincial Order in Council sitting on the Management Advisory Board for the Kawartha Highlands Signature Site Provincial Park - encompassing 37,587 hectares, and is the largest park in Ontario south of Algonquin Provincial Park reflecting her deep concern and commitment to the sensible development of our parklands.
Past Board Experience: Her six year term on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Professional Sales Association ended in February, 2011 She is past vice chair of the Canadian Professional Sales Foundation as of May, 2011 Board of Directors of the Ontario Craft Council.
Committees:
Wendy is a chapter committee volunteer with the CSAE Trillium Chapter and sits on the Professional Standards Councils for the CPSA Sales Institute. In 2005, Wendy completed a three-year term as External Director on the Appeals Committee for the Certified Human Resources Professional “CHRP” designation with the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario.
